Fireplace Resurfacing

Our original brick fireplace, the last true eyesore, the focal point of our entire main living space, is finally going to be resurfaced. We have chosen Rain Forest Marble, a very sleek stone that pulls together the various tones from the rest of the house.Some 12x12 cuts have a bit more green, others more earthy brown tones. The maroon veins really pull out the colors of the cabinetry and the rugs. We have 160 square feet to resurface! Now if we could only replace our existing wood stove insert with one of these:
